Start with the documented color character
White Sesame is a warm white with more depth than many bright whites. A physical comparison is needed to decide how that character works with your own finishes. White Sesame has more depth than Creamy, making a visible warm-white wall a realistic expectation.
Cream linen and light wood create a close palette, so the ceiling boundary may be the clearest place to decide whether enough definition remains.
Use Divine White as a control
Use the fixed cabinet or ceramic white as the starting reference for White Sesame. Compare the joint in daylight before adding colored fabrics. Then introduce Divine White and remove it again: the useful cast is the one seen beside the fixture that will remain, not only between competing paint samples.
White Sesame has an LRV of 71; Sherwin-Williams Divine White SW-6105 is 72. The difference is 1 points, with Divine White returning more light under the reference measurement. Divine White is a beige-influenced off-white. This supplies a named color control; the LRV gap alone does not identify the warmer, greener or pinker paint.
The condition for keeping White Sesame
